Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to all use of CueShort, including the prompts you submit, the assets you upload, the content you generate, and how you publish or share that content on or off the Service. By using the Service you agree to this policy, which forms part of our Terms of Service.

You must not use the Service to:

• Create, upload, or distribute content that is illegal or violates public order and good morals
• Generate sexualized or sexually suggestive content involving minors, in any form
• Generate non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), or any non-consensual sexualized content
• Generate content depicting a real person’s likeness, voice, or identity without their consent, including face swap, deepfakes, voice cloning, and impersonation
• Create or distribute hateful, harassing, violent, self-harm, or terrorism-related content
• Infringe the intellectual property, trademark, likeness, privacy, or other rights of others
• Distribute malware, commit fraud or phishing, or attempt to bypass security controls or usage limits
• Resell or proxy the Service as raw model access, or abuse free allowances through automation

• You must hold the necessary rights or permissions for everything you upload (scripts, character designs, images, audio, video)
• You are responsible for your prompts and uploads, and must verify the accuracy, lawfulness, and third-party rights status of any output before publishing it
• You must comply with the laws of your jurisdiction and the policies of any platform where you publish
• You must not circumvent, bypass, or attempt to disable safety policies, moderation, or rate limits of ours or of upstream model providers

We screen both inputs and outputs: every prompt is screened before generation, and every generated image or video (sampled frames) is screened before delivery. Generations that fail screening are not delivered to you and are **not billed**; every decision is recorded in our audit log.

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict or disable features, and suspend or terminate accounts. Triggers include violations of this policy, suspected abuse, lawful requests from authorities, and actions required by upstream model providers.

Repeat infringers and accounts responsible for severe violations will be terminated.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, email legal@cueshort.com with proof of your rights, a link or identifier locating the content, your contact details, and a good-faith statement of infringement. We will remove verified infringing content.

Report other abuse (for example policy-violating content or attempts to bypass screening) to support@cueshort.com. We respond within 3 business days.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or wrong. It is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and must not be used where a licensed professional is required. You are responsible for judging whether an output is suitable and for the consequences of publishing it.

We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be announced in-product or by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
